Lemon Cottage

The Lemon Cottage is one of the newer of the one bedroom apartment cottages available sleeping two adults + infant in cot. The bedroom is large with a double bed, digital security safe and double doors leading onto the sun terrace. There is also the optional extra of a mobile air con unit for the bedroom during the peak months. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, WC, washbasin with vanity unit under and a shaver point. The kitchenette is modern and fully equipped with electric hob, combi microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee filter machine, espresso coffee machine, hand held electric blenders and toasters. The lounge/dining area has a comfy leather sofa, a 32-inch LG LCD TV in the Lemon Cottage, Astra Satellite TV and UK free to view TV channels providing at total of 161 channels, DVD player (small selection of DVD’s) and a mini Hi-Fi stereo system with radio/CD player with MP3 reader (guests to bring own CD’s). There are double doors from the lounge leading onto your own private large south facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol reclining chairs and a brick built Bar-B-Q. The Lemon Cottage terrace also has a large awning for additional shade.

Outside The Quintassential is blessed with panoramic sea views and spectacular countryside views, just what you need for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. The gardens at Quintassential, just over an acre, are marvelous and are a flower, shrub and fruit tree haven of peace and tranquility where you can always find a quiet area to read a book, relax and unwind. Added with the breathtaking views of the Algarve coastline by both day and night, this gives location oodles of character, uniqueness and creates a warm friendly relaxing atmosphere for our guests. If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil retreat away from it all, but close to all local amenities, The Quintassential is perfect and is an ideal base to explore the Algarve whatever your age group.

The Quintassential has a large heated pool area; the pool measures 10 x 5 m and sun loungers, parasols etc. are provided for the use of the guests. There are four accommodations in total, 1 large two bedroom accommodation and three one bedroom accommodations. There is also a large raised sun deck poolside to soak up the glorious sun and a freestanding hot tub spa jacuzzi for adult guest use. The pool is heated during the cooler months from 1st October until 31st October and then again from 1st April until 30th April for stays of seven nights or more and there is no additional charge for heating the pool.

Children are welcome at the Quintassential and there is a children’s play area with swings, slide, and seesaw on a large lawned area. For those guests that are a little more energetic, there is also an outdoor games area with a professional size table tennis table and a 14ft trampoline with safety enclosure. We also have three children loving dogs, Alfie, Max and Bentley the miniature Labrador puppy and our two piglets, Henry and Sebastian. For families travelling with small children, we can provide a whole host of baby equipment free of charge for guests staying 7 nights or more, being parents ourselves, we know what it is like travelling with little ones, and our aim is make everyone’s holiday an enjoyable memorable experience, not stressful.
